Stepping up a little, we present a new member of the Josephine family, poetically named, the Medium Josephine. That's because it - oh never mind. I'm sure you can figure out why it's called that.
The point is that it's a little bigger than the regular Josie, and has a bit more clout. Some people think it looks nicer, too, but all the Josies look great to me.
The medium Josephine has three twists of five mm lace forming the head. The middle one, as you can see, is a very attractive metallic burgundy colour, for a bit of contrast. The handle, as ever, is the lovely French Grapevine braid that all your friends will coo and gurgle over.

Every so often, over the years we've making this gear, someone says to us: "You know, you should really make that Josephine paddle a bit bigger. More buttock sized." Well, you can only take that kind of advice so long before you have to do something about it, and so, here she is, our large new baby, la Grande Josephine.
3 wraps of 8 mm diameter veg tan leather lace form the business end. Their uncompromising density rapidly ensures deep swirly marks, rapid, long lasting bruises and that delicious hot tingling sensation, so beloved by ardent paddlees. A friend, (who I know is regularly on the receiving end of many of our other creations), assures me this is the only thing that has ever marked her. So there. Testmonial indeed.
We've finished it off with a French Grapevine braided handle, made from 5mm diameter leather lace, and it has the sweet little Josephine keeper to hang from.

The Liquid Cane is really only recommended for committed and knowledgeable pain sluts. Why? Perhaps because it's 18" of solid round neoprene rubber, 5/16" in diameter, delivering tremendous amount of PSI (Pain per Square Inch) to a very localised area, ie your buttock, and offering a free built in "wraparound" effect, for extra shock value. It's quite the nasty piece of work, and it hurts, rather a lot, despite its friendly looking rubber hanging loop and black rubber handle. Any other questions? Ah, yes, if you'd rather have a lovely leather French Grapevine braid handle on this piece, such as on the Josephine paddles above, that can certainly be arranged.

If you're not running away terrified from the Liquid Cane, as I'm sure many of you aren't, you may be interested to know that that exceedingly nasty article has an even nastier big brother, promisingly named the Liquid Truncheon. It's another 18" length of solid, heavy, chunky neoprene rubber, this time in an even bigger, horribler fuller 1/2" diameter. Featuring the impish charm and debonair urbanity of a professionally administered knee in the groin, it's all pain, all bruises, all tears. If that's what you like, you will absolutely love this adorable club of a toy. Jaded or bored or simply pressed-for-time Doms will no doubt appreciate its extremely high ratio of "pain inflicted" to "effort required". Subs will be reduced to bubbling lumps of misery in less time than it takes to say "Crucio!" Nobody around here is going to pretend this is the prettiest item we make, but it's definitely one of the least expensive. It's also quite amusing to play with, and thoroughly efficient at raising the temperature of any buttock on the planet. Lovely, heavy, scratchy Manila Rope, with a handle made of 3mm round leather lacing. What's that? Oh, just your mouths watering?
